The Saddlers are hugely proud of Peter Gladwin’s new English Vineyard Cookbook. Peter, a Freeman of the Company, catered at Saddlers’ Hall for over 35 years. His passion for sustainably grown and well sourced produce, coupled with a desire to innovate, thrilled and inspired all those for whom he cooked and with whom he worked. https://nutbournevineyards.myshopify.com/products/an-english-vineyard-cookbook
His Cookbook is on sale now with any profits being donated to City Harvest. The Charity re-distributes food that would otherwise be wasted, making businesses more sustainable and more impactful. They also take food to grassroots organisations that feed some of our most vulnerable and deserving fellow Londoners. www.cityharvest.org.uk
