The Prime Warden of the Saddlers’ Company, Mr. Ben Laurie, was pleased to recently sign an Armed Forces Covenant alongside one of our closely affiliated Army units, The Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery. He was joined by the Regimental Quarter Master, Regimental Sergeant Major and the team from the Troop’s ‘Saddlery Shop’. The Saddlers have a long history of supporting the Troop and the Household Cavalry Mounted Regiment on account of their mounted ceremonial role and the critical nature of saddlery in their duties.
In addition, the Company is proud to be affiliated to HMS Duncan a Type 45 Destroyer, 41 (Test and Evaluation Squadron) Royal Air Force, two Army Reserve Units, and the London Sea, Army and Air Cadets.
