A further 10 students recently graduated from The Saddlers Flexible Learning Programme at the British Racing School in Newmarket. The scheme, open to 14-16 year old pupils, offers the opportunity for day release from school or home learning one day a week in order to learn to be a racing jockey. The successful graduates were joined by family, friends and staff in a celebration of their success. All have secured employment in the equestrian sector or will continue their education in school or college. The Saddlers Company Charitable Fund has backed the programme for 7 years.
