Everyone was thrilled to catch up with staff and pupils from the Fortune Centre of Riding Therapy during the annual Badminton Horse Trials. With the sun shining, and the competition fierce, all were able to make the most of their visit in front row seats overlooking the famous water jump!
Fortune College is a specialist college for young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities aged 16-25. The college’s Further Education Through Horsemastership (FETH) Course offers an educational residential/day programme, working with horses, that prepares young people with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible and participate in their local community. The college provides the opportunity to achieve accredited qualifications, develop communication skills, independent living skills, self confidence and skills for working life.
