In brief

The Saddler's Company has developed a tailored three-day 'Business for Creatives' course with Bayes Business School, and will pay 100% of the course fees for any Saddler who completes it.

A Course Built for Craft Businesses

The course is designed for saddlers, leatherworkers, jewellery makers, carpenters, artists or any other creative professional, helping them deepen their knowledge of business operations and strategy, essential for turning a talent into a sustainable business. It aims to bridge the gap between artistic vision and the practicalities of running a successful business, delivered by leading academic experts from Bayes Business School.

The course ran across three days: Friday 24 May covering Creativity and Innovation in Business, Friday 7 June covering Business Knowledge and Skills for a Craft Business, and Friday 21 June returning to Creativity and Innovation in Business. Applications were required by 17 May 2024, 12pm BST.

Fully Funded for Saddlers

The Saddler's Company confirmed it would pay 100% of the course fees for any Saddler completing the course. Further information is available on the Bayes Business School website, with questions directed to [email protected].
