The Worshipful Company of Saddlers, a leading City of London Livery Company established in the 12th Century and based at its own Hall and offices in Cheapside, seeks a suitable person to fill the appointment of Trade, Equestrian and Charities Adviser. The post is full time based at Saddlers’ Hall; although flexible and remote working may be available by negotiation. It is anticipated that an average one full day per week will be spent meeting with key partners throughout the United Kingdom; with an emphasis on Walsall and the Midlands. Occasional evening and weekend working will also be necessary. The appointee will replace the current Trade and Charities Advisor who is due to retire in the summer of 2022.
Answering directly to The Clerk of the Company, the Trade, Equestrian and Charities Adviser role will provide the opportunity to engage wholeheartedly and passionately in the Saddlers’ Company’s diverse mission; both as a Not-for Profit business and significant Charitable Fund.
