# Saddlers Staff Raise Much Needed Funds for HorseHeard

Published March 2026.

The Beadle, Keith Marsh, presented a cheque for £550 to Vicky Bennett, CEO of HorseHeard, a charity specialising in Equine Facilitated Learning for vulnerable children and adults in the UK.[^page]

## Supporting Equine Facilitated Learning

HorseHeard offers emotional health and wellbeing support through connection with horses, working with vulnerable children and adults across the UK. The £550 donation was raised from contributions given throughout the year by those attending Talk & Tours of Saddlers' Hall, the Company's programme of guided visits to the historic building.

The gift adds to the Company's wider pattern of small, regular charitable giving alongside its larger institutional grants, reflecting the long tradition, dating back to the Company's Poor Boxes, of using contributions gathered at Company events to support causes in need.
